By the end of this two day workshop, participants will know: How to find information in the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and Regulations The principles of a Workplace Responsibility System (WRS) and what the supervisor’s role in a WRS is What due diligence is and the legal duties supervisors have for health and safety under the OHS legislation The components of an effective safety management system and what is required to supervise “safety” at the workplace.
