Every year, the Ceilidh is the cap to the Mid-Winter Celtic Festival. This year's edition takes place between January 30 and February 1 and the Mid-Winter Ceilidh is back to close things out with a bang in the Exchange. Artists like Wendy MacIsaac, Mairi Rankin, the City of Regina Pipe Band, and more will be performing. There will also be a silent auction.
