Hanson was formed in Tulsa, Oklahoma by brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson. Sixteen years ago, their out-of-the-blue, soul-inspired brand of American pop-rock‘n’roll was introduced to the world. The band recorded two independent albums, Boomerang (1995) and MMMBop (1996). The latter featured the original version of the song MMMBop which would later become the runaway single on their debut commercial record. They were signed by Mercury Records and soon became a worldwide sensation with the release of their first major-label album, Middle of Nowhere.

The band has sold millions of records and reached a level of adoration that few bands experience. In 2010, Shout It Out was released, featuring songs, Thinking ‘Bout Somethin’, Kiss Me When You Come Home, Carry You There & Give A Little, was produced and written exclusively by the band. Their sixth studio album, Anthem, scheduled to be released in June 2013, marks the beginning of their third decade of making music together. The album’s debut single Get The Girl Back shines a bright light on their largest influence, 60s soul and rock ‘n’ roll.

David Ryan Harris - Drawn to the blues and growing up in a time when Prince and Stevie Wonder were stretching the boundaries of popular music, Harris always had music in his head as a child. In hopes of creating a sound that combined all of his influences, Harris co-founded a band called Follow For Now in 1988. While the band had a short life, it was his launching pad into a solo career. In 1997, he released a self-titled album and began to spread his wings as an artist, writer and producer. Harris is set to release his upcoming album, Lightyears, in December 2013.
