Enjoy the following five tasty offerings from our kitchen for the next four months:

Shrimp Po’boy - Creole buttermilk marinated jumbo shrimp tossed in a cajun cornmeal mix and deep fried. Served on a housemade hoagie bun with lettuce, tomato and our own cajun pickles and remoulade mayo. Served with your choice of side.

Cajun Pizza - Fresh pizza dough topped with creole pizza sauce, andouille sausage and spiced chicken, fresh jalapeno, red onion, sweet pepper and mushroom. Topped with smoked gouda and finished with green onion and crushed chilies. (available gluten-free)

Louisiana Chicken & Sausage Gumbo - Traditional New Orleans creole classic with a deep rich roux, tomato, okra and of course, the “Holy Trinity” of creole cuisine - celery, onion and green pepper. Served on white rice and with a garlic baguette.

Cajun Beer Burger - Fresh sirloin marinated in Chico IPA and creole spices, ground with pork-belly in house, grilled to perfection and topped with cajun pickles, lettuce, tomato, red onion, smoked gouda, bacon and our own Dungarvon ground mustard. Served with your choice of side.

Bananas Foster Crepe - Delicate crepes filled with sautéed banana. Drizzled with bourbon banana caramel sauce and served with pecan brittle and vanilla bean ice cream.
