The Junto

November 7, 3:30 PM

This is a gathering designed for the purpose of mutual improvement, which is called The Junto.

We meet Friday afternoons at 3:30 pm for one hour.  Meetings are free to attend.

Every member is invited to participate with thoughtful curiosity in the arena of leadership for the purpose of growth and development.

Each week we will explore different principles that form the foundation of effective leadership, and how they apply to our daily life.

November 7th - Vision
November 14th - Goals
November 21st - Influence
November 28th  - Process
December 5th - Attitude
December 12th - Inner Circle
December 19th  - Humility

Note: we will take a break over the holidays, and return to regular meetings January 9th, 2015.

Meetings are facilitated with a round-table format, allowing each participant the opportunity to engage, share, and expand their consciousness.  Discussion will look at each principle from different angles: what it is, why it matters, potential obstacles or myths, and how to turn it into effective action.

These meetings are FREE to attend.  I do ask that out of good faith and fairness to the coffee shop, please purchase a beverage or snack.

Please RSVP by registering here on Eventbrite or www.meetup.com/Regina-Leadership-Development-Meetup/

The Junto Regina group is inspired by the works of Benjamin Franklin, Napoleon Hill, and John Maxwell all of whom tapped into the power of masterminding with others.

Jill Poulton, Business & Leadership Coach

Jill Poulton is a certified Leadership and Business Coach with The John Maxwell Team.  Jill works with motivated entrepreneurs and sales professionals to clarify their focus, and prioritize their activities so they can be more profitable on the road to work-life balance.

Jill is most sought out for her ability to cultivate leadership aptitude with managers and business owners.  Coming from a background in the financial servies industry, leadership development was a natural extension to sales performance since sales is about influencing a client with a buying decision, and leadership is influence - nothing more, nothing less.

When individuals grow in their leadership they become more effective at work and in life.  Jill credits her success to the philosophy of when you value people, everything else comes into place.
