Guest Speaker: Derek Maher, Crown Prosecutor

Derek Maher is Crown prosecutor with the Saskatchewan Attorney General’s office whose work includes the prosecution of commercial crime such as fraud. He has worked extensively in the area of tax, including in the Canadian tax department of Mosaic Potash, at Kanuka Thuringer LLP and as a C.A. in the accounting profession.
