The Regina Blues Association presents the Mid-Winter Blues Festival. For it's 21st year, the festival is filling Regina with the blues for six days, including an evening at the Exchange. Artists include Saskatoon, SK's Apollo Cruz, Regina, SK's Spellbound, Regina, SK's Billy Hughes and the Double Down, and Calgary, AB's Richie Pollack and Someone Else's Kids.
