International author, Phil S. Dixon, a renowned historian and founding member of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City, will provide an illustrated speaking presentation recounting the games the Kansas City Monarchs played in Saskatchewan, as well as the history of African-American ball players from the area who participated in the Negro League.
