GrassRoots Regina presents the Slocan Ramblers. The young bluegrass players in this Toronto, ON group didn’t pick up the style out of novelty or as an affectation –– they realize that, when brought together, traditional instruments like banjo and mandolin can still evoke an essential emotional response. They released their second album, Coffee Creek, in July 2015.
