Regina Word Up is held on the first and third Friday’s of every month. Regularly, the first Friday is a community stage, and our third Friday is a poetry slam.

 A community stage is an opportunity to share work with our community. No scores and all support, this event is a great opportunity for folks who want more exposure or practice, or want to share something that doesn’t usually fit within our regular poetry slams. Rants, stories, jokes (the punnier, the better!) songs, or poems are all welcome on our stage.
