Join the City of Regina for wagon rides, entertainment, hot chocolate, cookies, face painting, a colouring contest, and ice sculptures - all for free! Jolly old Saint Nick will be there too. Bring the whole family (including pets!) and a non-perishable food item for the Regina & District Food Bank.
