GrassRoots Regina presents Garnet Rogers. The Canadian artist has been part of the country’s folk music scene for years, first as part of a duo with his late brother Stan and then as a solo artist. In that time, he’s put together a dozen solo records. His latest, Summer’s End, came out in 2014.
