Yoga

Adults of all skill levels welcome! Our instructor presents yoga moves in different variations, so it doesn't matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi. We will provide everyone with yoga mats to use during each session, however, don't hesitate to bring your own if you prefer. Each session will take place in a different part of the our galleries. So it's yoga and gallery exploration at the same time!

If you're a parent, note that all our yoga sessions coincide with our Megamunch Club program for kids 5 to 8 years old, and our smARTies program for kids 6 to 10 years. (No Yoga on October 8.) Register online or call 306-787-7271.
