The Regina Folk Festival Concert Series presents Little Miss Higgins, the proud prairie songwriter and performer. She's been refining her country blues style over five albums, the latest of which, Bison Ranch Recording Sessions, is out in early September. She's touring with the Winnipeg Five, who were also her backing band on the record.
