With either of his old groups, Matt Mays and El Torpedo or the Guthries, Matt Mays has managed to make enduring music that walks the line between rock and folk. The east coast Canada native has blown audiences away worldwide, most recently on a tour with the Gaslight Anthem. Now, he's setting out to show just what he can bring on his own. Mays' current tour of Canada is a solo one, featuring him on guitar or piano with Adam Baldwin backing up. Pulling songs from all over his history, this will surely be a one-of-a-kind evening that proves that vitality of one of Canada's best songwriters.
