Praised for their “superb capacity to find the inner heart of everything they play” (the International Review of Music), the Tesla Quartet brings refinement and prowess to new and established repertoire. The quartet performs regularly across North America, with recent international appearances in Austria, China, Germany, Hungary, South Korea and the
United Kingdom.

They will present one of Beethoven’s most beloved string quartets dedicated to the Russian ambassador to Vienna, Count Razumovsky. “Variations on a Russian Theme,” written by ten of Russia’s greatest composers offers the unique opportunity to hear the distinct styles of many musical geniuses’. Rounding out the survey of Russian romantics is Tchaikovsky’s exquisite
String Quartet No. 1.
