Crave kitchen + wine bar is a hybrid restaurant located in the heart of a vibrant downtown. Two components drive our business - Crave Everyday. Crave Events.

Crave Everyday is our wine bar whose heartbeat is the kitchen. Our philosophy is a clear approach based on great ingredients and great people. Our new menu has great additions as well as all of crave’s favourites updated and renamed.

Crave Events range from 5 course wine dinners to weddings to business meetings. Events keep crave in touch with our guests, in contact with new ideas and challenges, and allow us to break away from the everyday in order to grow our business and create relationships with diverse companies, groups or individuals.

Everyday and Events has been important to establishing crave. With the palpable shift in expectation of our city as we integrate new people, businesses, and dynamics, crave’s opportunity is to continue being a part of the change while preparing for what is to come.

Jonathan Thauberger - Executive Chef
Jonathan is new to crave returning to Regina via Vancouver + the Okanagan. His passion + acumen for the restaurant industry make him a welcome addition to our company + team. Having grown up here then working + experiencing everywhere, Jonathan has built his own puritan philosophy to accompany his innovative grassroots approach to all things culinary. There is thought, creativity + skill in every bite. Food is the essential component to great everyday living.
